The Management has always believed in innovation and creating not just products but services that benefit our customers. Our companies saw the growth in e-commerce and wanted to be independent in order to pass on more savings to our customers. This was the main drive to create our own online platforms in the markets. We maintain the same efficiency and effectiveness in our services, and we are excited to see the progress that we have achieved. More and more projects will be launched to accommodate our online customers.
E-Commerce
CMM has a strong e-commerce presence with our ready-to-assemble (RTA) furniture products. In the US market, our Furinno brand ranks among the top five brands with the more than two million sellers on Amazon; it is the top-ranked brand in Amazon’s Home & Kitchen category, with more than four million organic customer reviews.
Besides Amazon, our products are also available on popular e-commerce sites such as Wayfair, Walmart, The Home Depot, etc. Our RTA furniture also ranks highly in markets such as China and Indonesia.
Retail
We have an extensive network of 15 retail outlets, showrooms and experiential centres that are strategically located across Singapore and Malaysia for our partners and customers to experience our products and services in person. While e-commerce in growing, that touch-and-feel experience is still very important for our business, particularly in the affluent segment.
